Tricia influenced change at Pressco Technology Inc. where she has worked for over 15 years. Recognizing the disparity between technical user manuals and training materials that were created by different departments, she successfully proposed a content management/ authoring tool that is used in multiple departments in the company.
Tricia is currently serving on the Board of Directors for STC International. She has been an active member in the Northeast Ohio STC chapter since 2000. An Advanced Communicator Bronze in Toastmasters International, she has presented at a multitude of business meetings and conferences.
